From the Thruway, take exit 45 for Rochester Victor I-490. Go 3.5 miles and take exit 27 for Bushnell’s Basin Rt. 96. Turn right at the light at the end of the exit ramp onto 96, then right again at the next light onto Kreag Rd. There’s a sign by the road that says Kreag Road Associates. I’m in the second building, lowest level. (If you go in the back door, there are no steps.) Sign outside the office suite currently says Hershey.
